What's inside each sachet?

A functional blend of 6 natural ingredients infused into a ready to mix powder: Magnesium, Glutamine, Zinc, Lemon Balm, Glycine and Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). You can find detailed information on each of the ingredients here.

Where is The Rested made?

The Rested has been developed in Australia by a team of specialist food scientists and is also manufactured in Australia, shipping from our warehouse in Melbourne, VIC.

When do I drink The Rested?

As part of your night-time routine, 30-60 minutes before bed. Simply stir one sachet with cold water, let your body relax and wake up feeling lean and rested.

Who shouldn't drink The Rested?

Don’t consume if you’re under 18, breastfeeding, pregnant or may become pregnant. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure if The Rested is right for you. Please read the disclaimers at the footer of the page.

Is The Rested approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)?

The Rested is not a listed medicine and as such is not required to be listed under TGA regulations as it contains proven, low-risk ingredients and does not make any medical claims.

 

Orders and Delivery

We ship products on either same or next business day (Mon-Fri) following receipt of your order via Sendle or Australia Post and you will generally receive your order in 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Where is my order now? How do I track my order?

You would have received an email from us with tracking details of your order at the time it was shipped. Please check this email for details and your tracking number. Orders are shipped by either Australia Post or Sendle, depending on your location and address type.

If you are unable to location your tracking number or unable to track your item, please email us at hello@therested.co and we will assist you promptly.

My order never arrived, what do I do?

Please file a claim with the carrier as it may just be misplaced by them. If there is no satisfactory resolution after a week, please let us know and we will either send another order or offer a refund.

Note that if the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.
